Yoshikazu 'Harold' Nagasawa

I have been an Executive Search Consultant helping international firms to succeed here in the Japanese market since 2008.

Beginning my recruitment career in a research capacity, I have developed a unique but effective targeting methodology.

Not only do I aim to understand what is written beyond the Job Description and CVs but it is his purpose to be a catalyst amongst the talents in the industry to find the winning synergy for my valued clients to help drive their business forward. Born and raised in Cebu Philippines, after graduating in electronics and communication engineering from The University of San Carlos, Yoshikazu “Harold” Nagasawa travelled to Japan to reconnect with his ancestry and initially set up several import and export businesses before finding his true passion in executive recruitment. "I truly believe the pharmaceutical industry is driven not only by innovation but also by passion.” Such is his fervent voice.

Yoshikazu “Harold” Nagasawa is a father of two energetic sons, you can usually find him in the park at the weekends if not camping, fishing or scuba diving.
