Marc-Andre Bergevin, with a foundation in financial analysis and management, began his headhunting journey in 2001. Gaining comprehensive knowledge of Japanese recruitment, he swiftly ascended to executive roles in leading recruitment firms. Known not only for his own recruitment success but also for mentoring numerous top-tier headhunters, Marc co-founded EXEC-SEARCH PARTNERS in Singapore to champion professional headhunting. Returning to Japan in 2017, he continues to influence both the Japanese and Asian recruitment landscapes.

Raised bilingually due to his father’s United Nations role, Yojiro “Yoji” Konuma swiftly rose to manage Sony’s Bravia brand in Southeast Asia, showcasing acumen in thriving markets and formidable competition. Discontented with traditional recruitment practices, he co-founded EXEC-SEARCH PARTNERS with Marc-Andre, bringing a fusion of Western agility and Japanese dedication. As a headhunter, Yoji earned top rankings and numerous accolades, cementing his position as a trusted, adept industry leader.
