Scope of Work

All job types (except port transport and construction services) and areas handled are within Japan.

Matters related to commissions

The fees to be collected from job seekers are shown in the fee schedule below (excluding consumption tax).

Matters concerning the handling of information on job seekers and personal information of job seekers

We handle personal information obtained from job seekers and job applicants appropriately in accordance with the “Rules for Appropriate Management of Personal Information”. The “Rules for Appropriate Management of Personal Information” of the Firm are as follows;

Article 1

The scope of employees within the business office who handle personal information shall be all employees who perform their duties. The person responsible for handling personal information shall be the employment placement manager.

Article 2

The employment placement manager shall provide education and guidance on the handling of personal information once a year to the staff in the office listed in Article 1 who handle personal information. In addition, the employment placement manager shall attend a training session for employment placement managers at least once every five years.

Article 3

When a request for disclosure of personal information is received from the person to whom the information pertains, the handler shall disclose the information based on objective facts such as qualifications and professional experience possessed by the person in accordance with the request without delay. Furthermore, based on the request, the information shall be corrected (including deletion; the same shall apply hereinafter). The same shall apply hereinafter). If a request for correction (including deletion; the same shall apply hereinafter) is made based on such a request, the correction shall be made without delay if the request conforms to the objective facts. In addition, the person responsible for employment placement shall endeavor to inform job seekers, etc. about the handling of disclosure or correction of personal information.

Article 4

In the event that a complaint is received from an individual regarding personal information of a job seeker, etc., the person in charge of handling the complaint shall handle the complaint in good faith and in an appropriate manner. The person in charge of handling complaints concerning the handling of personal information shall be the person in charge of employment placement.

Matters related to the refund system

The firm has a refund system (a system in which all or part of the fee is refunded in the event that a job seeker who has been placed through referral leaves the firm early). Details are as per the contract with the job seeker. *This is a clarification of Article 32-13 of the Employment Security Law and Article 24-5 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Law, including the scope of jobs handled.
