I am able to communicate in both Japanese and English. My work focuses on mid-to-executive level recruitment in the Japanese market, supporting multinational technology companies, high-growth organizations, and consulting firms with their hiring needs.

In particular, I cover a broad range of positions across Enterprise Software, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI / Data, and IT Consulting, including sales, pre-sales, customer success, consulting, management, and executive-level roles.

For candidates, I focus not only on introducing job opportunities, but also on providing information and advice that supports long-term career development. For clients, I act as a strategic hiring partner by helping clarify hiring requirements, understand the candidate market, assess the competitive landscape, and approach targeted talent effectively.
