With full competency in the Japanese language, Arvind has built a successful career recruiting in Japan across several dynamic industries including but not limited to B2B IT, manufacturing, finance and media sectors. In 2019, Arvind became ESP’s Head of Media, Advertising & Digital as well as Principal Consultant. He has closed multiple positions at senior and executive level including CEO, Executive Managing Director, President of Overseas Subsidiary, General Manager and Business Unit Managers.

After graduating from Arizona State University and Waseda University, Arvind's career began as an SCM/Logistics consultant at Ralph Lauren Japan. Before joining ESP, he worked at RECRUIT-RGF Professional Recruitment placing candidates in the Media & Advertising industries, including C-suite level positions.

He enjoys playing guitar and saxophone, high-performance cars, playing and following football and traveling both locally and internationally.
